Our structured, two-year training program is designed to educate and prepare self-motivated and entrepreneurial-spirted individuals for a sales role in our Commercial Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Divisions. You will be trained by the industry elite and be mentored by seasoned professionals who invest time and resources into your growth and success!
